1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between the person accessing the service and vip99d. They apply to the website, player accounts, casino content, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment functions, customer support interactions and related features made available through vip99d.

2. Definitions
- “Account”
- The individual player profile registered to access vip99d services and hold an available balance.
- “Player”, “you” or “your”

- “Platform”, “we”, “us” or “our”
- vip99d and the website features, services and support channels provided under the vip99d brand.
- “Bonus Funds”
- Promotional value credited subject to separate eligibility, wagering, expiry and withdrawal requirements.
- “MYR”
- Malaysian Ringgit, also commonly shown as RM, where supported as an Account or transaction currency.
3. Account Eligibility
You may register and use vip99d only if all eligibility requirements are satisfied. You must:
- be at least 21 years of age and provide accurate age information;
- have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- not be prohibited from gambling by applicable law, court order or self-exclusion arrangement;
- use the Account solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for another person;
- provide truthful, current and complete registration and verification information; and
- not be an employee, contractor or other restricted person where participation is prohibited.
vip99d may request proof of age, identity, address, payment ownership or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory information within a reasonable period may result in transaction delays, restrictions, suspension or Account closure.
4. Registration and Account Security
Only one Account is permitted per person unless vip99d gives prior written approval. Duplicate, shared, transferred or misleading Accounts may be restricted or closed. Each Player must maintain accurate profile details and promptly inform vip99d if material information changes.
You must create strong login credentials, keep them confidential and avoid saving them on shared devices. Activity completed through your authenticated Account may be treated as authorised unless you notified vip99d promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You must not disclose passwords, one-time verification codes or security answers to another person.
If you suspect that an Account has been compromised, stop using it and contact support immediately. vip99d may temporarily restrict access while identity and recent transactions are reviewed.
5. Terms of Use
vip99d is provided for personal entertainment by eligible adults. You agree to use the Platform in good faith, follow displayed rules and avoid conduct that disrupts services or disadvantages other Players.
Casino games, live tables, slots and sports markets such as EPL, Liga Super Malaysia and UFC may have additional settlement or participation rules. It is your responsibility to review those rules before placing a bet. Once accepted, a valid wager generally cannot be changed or cancelled merely because you made a selection error, misunderstood the odds or changed your mind.
You must ensure that your device, internet connection and software are suitable for accessing vip99d. Mobile data charges and other costs imposed by your provider remain your responsibility.
6. Deposits and Payment Methods
Deposits must be made from a payment source that you are authorised to use. The registered Account name may be required to match the name held by a bank, eWallet or payment provider. vip99d may support MYR payments through methods commonly used in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow and FPX, subject to availability.
Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may differ by method and may change for operational, security or provider-related reasons. A payment shown as pending is not available for wagering until it has been successfully confirmed and credited.
vip99d may reject, reverse or hold a transaction if fraud, chargeback activity, payment-source mismatch, technical error, anti-money-laundering concern or other unusual activity is reasonably suspected. Player Accounts are not bank accounts and should not be used to store funds unrelated to gambling activity.
7. Withdrawals and Verification
Withdrawal requests are subject to the available cash balance, applicable wagering requirements, transaction limits and completion of required verification. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied their conditions may not be withdrawable.
vip99d may ask for identification, proof of address, payment ownership or evidence concerning source of funds before processing a withdrawal. Reviews may take longer where submitted documents are incomplete, inconsistent or difficult to verify.
Where reasonably possible, withdrawals may be returned through the original deposit method. Banks, eWallets and payment providers may impose their own processing periods or restrictions. vip99d is not responsible for delay caused solely by a third-party financial service after funds have been properly released.
8. Bonuses and Promotions
Promotions are optional and governed by the specific terms displayed with each offer. These may include a minimum deposit such as RM50, wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages, maximum stakes, expiry periods and maximum conversion or withdrawal amounts.
A promotion may be limited to one Player, Account, household, device, IP address or payment source. vip99d may withhold promotional value and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of duplicate Accounts, coordinated play, low-risk wagering intended solely to release a bonus or other abuse of promotional rules.
Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, Bonus Funds do not represent immediately withdrawable cash. Players should review all conditions before opting in and should not deposit solely because a promotion appears attractive.
9. Bets, Games and Results
A wager is accepted only when recorded and confirmed by vip99d. Displaying a selection, price or game does not guarantee acceptance. Odds, lines and market availability may change until a wager has been confirmed.
Sports bets are settled using the official result and applicable market rules. Postponements, abandoned events, dead heats, player withdrawals and corrected official results may be handled according to the rules for the relevant market. Casino outcomes are determined through the applicable game system or live procedure.
vip99d may correct an obvious error, including a clearly incorrect price, payout, game configuration or settlement caused by technical or human mistake. Where practicable, the affected transaction may be recalculated using the correct information or declared void. Gambling outcomes are uncertain, and no strategy, past result or return-to-player percentage guarantees future winnings.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use vip99d to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or disruptive activity. Prohibited conduct includes:
- registering false details or using another person's identity or payment method;
- creating duplicate Accounts to obtain promotions or avoid restrictions;
- colluding with other Players, manipulating markets or using confidential event information;
- using bots, scripts, automated tools, unauthorised software or technical exploits;
- attempting to reverse a legitimate payment after using the associated funds;
- laundering money, concealing the source of funds or using vip99d as a money-transfer service;
- threatening support personnel or submitting malicious content; or
- interfering with the Platform, servers, security controls or another Player's access.
Suspected prohibited conduct may be investigated. During an investigation, relevant funds and transactions may be restricted to the extent reasonably necessary.
11. Responsible Gambling
vip99d is intended for entertainment, not income generation. You are responsible for deciding whether to gamble, setting an affordable budget and stopping when play is no longer enjoyable. Do not gamble with money required for rent, food, education, medical care, debt payments or other essential commitments.
Eligible Players may request information about deposit limits, time limits, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion. Restrictions should not be bypassed by opening another Account. vip99d may also intervene or restrict an Account where activity indicates a potential player-protection concern.

12. Suspension, Restriction and Closure
You may request Account closure, subject to pending transaction and verification requirements. vip99d may suspend, restrict or close an Account where required for security, legal compliance, responsible gambling, breach investigation or enforcement of these Terms & Conditions.
Where an Account is closed without evidence of wrongdoing, a verified withdrawable cash balance will ordinarily remain payable subject to lawful deductions and required checks. Bonus Funds, expired promotions and amounts linked to prohibited conduct may be removed in accordance with applicable rules.
Clauses concerning liability, privacy, payment disputes, investigations and other matters intended to survive closure will continue to apply after the Account ends.
13. Availability and Limitation of Liability
vip99d seeks to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available service. Maintenance, device problems, internet failures, provider outages, cyber incidents or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, vip99d will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a connection fails after a wager is validly accepted, the recorded result will remain effective. If acceptance was not completed, no wager exists. Platform records will be used as primary evidence, subject to correction of manifest error.
14. Privacy and Communications
vip99d processes personal information for account administration, identity checks, payment handling, security, legal compliance, support and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy. By using vip99d, you acknowledge that such processing is necessary to provide and protect the service.
Service communications may include security alerts, transaction notices, policy changes and responsible gambling messages. Where marketing choices are available, you may update preferences through the applicable account or support process. Essential account communications cannot always be disabled while an Account remains active.
15. Changes to These Terms
vip99d may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, security, technical, payment, product or operational changes. Updated terms will be published on this page and take effect from the stated effective time or, where no time is stated, upon publication.
Material changes may also be communicated through the Platform or registered contact details. Continuing to use vip99d after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a revision, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure.
